E is for Enthusiasm

This is me last week after a visit from the Enthusiasm Fairy. Pretty scary, eh?

On those days when I’ve had enough
Finding some enthusiasm can sure be tough,
I’d rather just go back to bed
Pull my covers over my head,
But instead I search for the Enthusiasm Fairy
Have you seen her? Her name is Mary,
I know she was here just last week
She perked me up when things were bleak,
I sure hope she’ll come and visit soon
Or else I’m going to sleep til noon.

  1. LOL, this made me laugh! I'm often in need of the Enthusiam Fairy :-) Like me, she's a night owl (if a fairy can be an owl?)

    1. Hi Kaye. I went over for a gawk at your fun site and left a comment. Thanks for dropping by. No, you can't have my fairy. Go get your own. Looks like you have plenty on your site to choose from or I can trade you for the charismatic guy playing flute with the nice hair. (the guy has nice hair, that is, not the flute) ~Cathy~

    1. I know what you mean, Jenn. Some days she's nowhere to be seen. Just like the Muse Fairy. They must go off to the bar together or something.
